 Amy, a resident of Little Elm since 2010, resides in the community with her husband, David Hillock, the former Mayor of Little Elm. Beyond attending board meetings and participating in numerous ribbon cuttings and groundbreakings for local establishments, neighborhoods, and schools, Amy is deeply engaged in volunteer work. As an Ambassador with the Little Elm Chamber of Commerce, the President Elect of the Women's Council of Realtors, and a supporter of organizations like Operation Finally Home and North Texas Angels, she dedicates her spare time to serving her community. Amy's unique position as the spouse of the former Mayor provides her with a distinct advantage in understanding the local and surrounding markets. Clients benefit from her insider knowledge and personal investment in the area. In her personal life, Amy cherishes time with her adult children, grandchildren, and two beloved dogs, enriching her understanding of family dynamics and the importance of finding the perfect home. With her deep ties to the community and her commitment to family values, Amy embodies the essence of a trusted advisor and advocate for her clients. 

Marilyn moved to Little Elm in 2006.  Marilyn's multifaceted contribution to Little Elm Realty Group is invaluable.    

She has had a rich and fulfilling career journey, transitioning from school teacher to realtor. Her passion for helping people make significant life decisions, such as purchasing a home, shines through. Marilyn derives immense satisfaction from seeing clients' happiness during the closing process. Her experience as a teacher provides her with valuable communication, patience, and understanding skills, which are undoubtedly beneficial in her role as a realtor. Being able to guide and support individuals and families through the complexities of buying a home is a special skill set. As a wife, mother, and grandmother, Marilyn brings a wealth of life experience and empathy to client interactions. Her ability to connect with people on a personal level and truly understand their needs and desires sets her apart in the competitive world of real estate. Marilyn has found a profession that allows her to combine her love for helping others with an expertise in communication and interpersonal skills. That's a beautiful combination, and it's no wonder she finds joy in working with clients.

Dionna earned her Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Texas at Dallas and has since become a successful entrepreneur with multiple thriving businesses. A dedicated servant leader at heart, she actively contributes to her community as Denton Chamber Lead Ambassador, Denton Noon Kiwanis Taste of North Texas Co-Chair, and a contributor to the United Way of Denton County Impact Committee, alongside regular volunteer work. With a career transition in 2020, Dionna now excels as a REALTOR and Print Broker at Keller Williams Realty, leveraging her background in Commercial Lending.

Having lived in Little Elm, TX for 15 years, Dionna has witnessed its transformation from a two-lane highway to the vibrant, growing town it is today. She is passionate about exploring its beautiful parks and walking trails, which are among her favorite activities in town. Known for her results-driven approach, Dionna is committed to delivering unparalleled attention to detail and five-star customer service that transcends mere transactions.
